I started working out with Eric Dorney in July of 2011 – less than a year after my weight loss surgery.   At my highest I was 280# and I lost 130#.   I was pretty close to my goal weight when I began working out with Eric 3x a week and have kept up that pace ever since.

Personally, I need the accountability of having a scheduled time to show up each time.  Without it, it’s too easy to get caught up in email, work, projects around the house and think “oh, I’ll just go later” but later doesn’t come.    Eric is also flexible if something does come up and I need to change times.   That’s what got me started…what keeps me going is the variety and creativity of the exercises he has me do.   Each workout is different, there’s no routine.   Many trainers have you do the same set of exercises for a few months and then switch things up.  Not Eric.

I’m thrilled with the results.  I’m always complimented on my arms.   I’ll be 53 soon and people think my 27 year daughter is my sister.   Part of that is having good genes, but mostly it’s because of the energy, strength, agility, and confidence I have now….thanks to Eric.
