In January of 2010 my husband tried to convince me that we needed to join a gym. I reluctantly agreed and began trying to lose the weight from my second pregnancy. (My daughter was born in September 2009.) I wasn’t really seeing any results, due to the fact that I wasn’t sure what to do when I worked out, so my husband encouraged me to meet with a trainer. This made me incredibly nervous so it took me a couple of months to agree to it. Eventually, I sucked it up, met with a trainer and began the process. I was making good progress and losing weight when my trainer told me he was leaving the gym. He recommended I begin training with Eric…and the rest is history. I have been training with Eric since July and with his encouragement and expertise I have lost 25 pounds, gone from 31% body fat to 22% and gone from a size 14/16 to a size 4/6. Eric challenges me in each and every session and makes sure that I am always working to my full potential. He recently helped me prepare for my first half marathon that I completed in September. He then quickly convinced me to run the Columbus Half Marathon only a month later. In Columbus I improved my time by nearly 5 minutes and finished at 1:59:09. Eric has helped me get into the best shape of my life, even after having 2 kids! I look forward to continuing to train with Eric as he helps me prepare for my next adventure, a full marathon!
