Eric is the best! He's very knowledgeable and professional. I've worked out in the past and have always gotten bored doing the same thing and with no results. Eric keeps me motivated and keeps it fun . I'm already seeing changes in my body and it's only been a little over a month. Would highly recommend Eric and Motivated Motions.

Eric is exceptional at what he does! I was trying to get fit for my wedding in a very short amount of time, and he jumped through hoops to fit me into his schedule and get me in shape. He offered nutritional coaching on top of some amazing workouts, and the results were fantastic! Truly one of the best personal trainers in Dayton!

I honest to god noticed pretty significant results after 2 sessions. He offers 30 minute sessions that fit perfectly into my day, while also giving me the chance to release some stress and get a solid workout in. He doesn't push you too hard, but just enough to where you challenge yourself. He knows what he is talking about and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape, and change their lifestyle.

I haven't been back because of family health issues and financial restraints.

I plan to get on a set schedule with him soon, though!

Eric was awesome! I came to him looking to tone up and get in shape for my wedding and I could not be more pleased with the results. I was unfamiliar with the exercises, but he was a good teacher and made it easy to learn. Highly recommend.

Motivated is the word. Upbeat guy, knows what he is doing. Seeing good progress with my workouts, much stronger than before working out. I went with a personal trainer just to get ready for a triathlon. I am so happy with my results that I plan to continue my workouts with Motivated Motions.

Eric is the best trainer I have ever come in contact with. He's accommodating, knowledgeable and pretty bad ass. He knows his stuff. Whether you're looking to loose weight, gain weight, get in shape or anything in between Eric is your guy!!! He's always gotten me into shape and helped me maintain!! He taught me not only about why things work but how they work. Hands down, all around he's THE BEST trainer you'll find!!! Motivated Motions has changed my life.

Working with Eric is great. He works at my pace, understands when im having an off day and encourages me when I am kicking some butt. Not only does Eric kick my butt in ththe gym, be he has become a friend. Ive know Eric going on 5 years now and there is nothing that surpries me anymore. Hes a great guy and is excellent at what he does!! I tell Eric all the time hes stuck with me!

I have had the privilege of working out with Eric for the past three years. Eric has helped me through many injuries. I have chronic back issues (and have also had knee/shoulder issues). Eric is patient and understanding and has modified workouts to help me recover quicker. I have done things I never thought I would physically be able to accomplish. I have done power lifts, tire flips and many other random exercise he comes up with! Through these challenges it has made me more a more confident person. Eric really cares about each and every one of his clients and always does what is best for each one!!!

I initially went to Eric on a recommendation from a family member and wasn't too sure what I was getting into, but once I met him I was sold. He's a great personal trainer, every time I go I leave feeling vey accomplished and extremely happy. He's got a great sense of humor and very professional! Not only do I get a great workout, but I have more knowledge of how to get in shape when I am at the gym alone. I really like that it's not a typical workout, it's not tedious and he keeps you on your feet. I am always doing something different and that keeps my body on edge and my mind! If you're looking for a personal trainer, I can say from previous experiences that he truly is the best! He is very flexible as well and helps out with rescheduling as best as he can. I can honestly say he's a great guy!

In high school I realized I had gained some extra weight and was not as quick and athletic as I am now. I started to gain more weight over my freshman year of college and I wasn't performing in basketball the way I used to. As the summer came around I knew I needed a change and Eric was the exact change I was looking for. I weight 203 pounds while actively playing sports. Eric started me off with an informational session about the workouts and nutrition and how much changing my eating would benefit me. He gave me the motivation I needed to get started during our 30 minute sessions. But then towards the end of the summer I was able to handle 45-60 minute sessions. I felt stronger and faster than I had in a long time. He also had me keep a food log and looked at it every two weeks or so, showing me what I could be doing better and how to change it. He also was willing to help me over the phone and give me answers about nutrition whenever I had a question. His workouts got me in shape and sculpted me a new and lighter body. His workouts prepared me for athletics and propelled me to stay fit throughout the college years. I also preferred his workouts over my basketball workouts since everything was more dynamic and a total body workout. I now weigh 162 pounds with a better build and smaller waist than I've ever had, and I have Eric to thank for that!!

Eric is outstanding. He keeps the workout fun and always adds new twists. I have religiously worked out for over 20 years by myself or with other trainers. Before Eric, I suffered from significant post workout pains and even injury. Under Eric' s guidance, I have seen the most success and least amount of pain. Plus, he is a great guy.

I've been working with Eric since July of 2011, three times a week. He's professional, knowledgeable and caring. No workout is the same, so you don't get bored or in a rut. He's also very accommodating in scheduling so you don't have to miss a workout just because life tends to get in the way. I highly recommend working with Eric, he'll whip you into the best shape of your life.

Eric taught me the aspects of dynamic functional training and how to incorporate that into my workouts. He also taught me much more than I've ever learned about nutrition and how to implicate that into my life as well. he make the workouts fun and enjoyable and different but he also taught me a lot about myself and how to find personal strength within myself, not just strength with my body. He was the best decision I've ever made for my physical health and physique!

With Eric's encouragement and expertise I have lost 25 pounds, gone from 31% body fat to 22% and gone from a size 14/16 to a size 4/6. Eric challenges me in each and every session and makes sure that I am always working to my full potential. He has helped me get into a the best shape of my life, even after having two kids!
