Just a quick little note: I have a lot of clients that ask more about what to eat for breakfast more than any other meal and I always tell them breakfast doesn’t have to be the “standard” idea of what society taught us what breakfast should be; i.e. Cereal, eggs and bacon, etc etc.

What I’m getting at is you can still get your protein and nutrients while still having fun. Take my breakfast this AM. I took left over pork tenderloin, sauerkraut, some homemade pepper relish and… added eggs and BAM! Awesome, healthy, fun and delicious breakfast!

So… What am I getting at…? Breakfast can be anything you want it to be as long as it follows the nutritional guidelines. Just think outside the box and of needed… Add some eggs!
