• Eric has changed how I look at food and treat my body from a chore that I don\'t want to do, to a lifestyle that I love!

I have never ever been a gym person. I did not like the gym and I had a very emotional relationship with food. I was getting married a knew I needed to, not only get in shape, but change my lifestyle. I was very overwhelmed with how much weight I felt like I needed to loose, and I was intimidated thinking about working out with a professional! Also, my schedule is all over the place and I felt like it would be very hard to schedule time. 

I finally broke down and called Eric after i was referred by a mutual friend. My very first meeting with him was better than I ever imagined. I immediately felt very comfortable and was teaching me, not just about working out but how food works. I knew he was the one when he said I can still drink beer and eat pizza, in moderation of course. :) 

I began working out with Eric twice a week for 30 minutes and eventually worked my way up to 3 times a week for 45 minutes. Eric made it so easy to work out when it was convenient for me, even if it wasn’t for him. He was a coach when I needed pushed, a friend when I needed an ear, and the best cheerleader there ever was when I didn’t think I could do one more, and always did. 

Eric has changed how I look at food and treat my body from a chore that I don’t want to do, to a lifestyle that I love! Thank you so much for everything you have done and you have literally changed my life.
