In high school I  realized I had gained some extra weight and was not as quick and athletic as I became now. I started to gain more weight over my freshman year of college. As the summer came around I knew i needed a change and Eric was the exact change I was looking for. I weight 203 pounds while actively playing sports. Eric started me off with an informational session about the workouts and nutrition and how I could eat healthy. He gave me the motivation I needed during workouts to push myself. At first I could only handle 30  minute sessions. But then as I kept training I could go for 45 minutes to an hour, constantly moving. I felt stronger and faster. He had me keep a food log and looked at it every two weeks or so. His workouts got me in shape and sculpted me a new and lighter body. His workouts prepared me for athletics and propelled me to stay fit throughout the college year. I preferred his workouts over my basketball workouts with the way the training made me more fit. I now weigh 162 pounds with a better build  and smaller waist than I’ve ever had.
