Great for Grilling!

Made this little number up. Turned out pretty damn good. It’s basically a open-faced burger on top of a tomato fresh from the gate. I also decided to grill onions, peppers, and red cabbage to top the burger with. As well as grilled zucchini from the garden too.

  1. To make the burgers just spice up your burger the way you like it (I like to use curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle powder, salt and pepper). Then grill them! I also added light mozzarella cheese as well.
  2. Quarter your zucchini, brush with olive oil, and add S&P.
  3. Slice up your veggies (or whichever you like!) and grill them in a grill wok.
  4. Add some spicy mustard, if you like and serve it up!
